Of Use
If you have purchased my wrapper designs or
using the free wrapper designs I offer,
then you are agreeing to the following terms:
1.
My designs and any clip art used are copyrighted to my company,
Classic Candy Covers and its licensors.
2. You CAN NOT resell
any of my designs or clip art as your own work, on a CD or by
means of download, as part of any collection or share within any
groups.
3. You CAN use these
wrapper designs and sell them to your customers as candy wrappers
or any other type of handmade item or wrappers, such as bubble
wrappers, popcorn wrappers, seed envelopes, etc., but NO
massed produced items!
4. You CAN add clip
art and text to the wrappers so long as the original wrapper design
is not altered or cropped in any way.
5. You CAN display
them on your web site for your customers to view.

6.
Any wrapper designs that are printed by you should (but
not necessary) include somewhere on the wrapper (it can be small):
"©2006 Your Company Name and its
licensors. All rights reserved."
This protects from anyone reproducing the images/designs without
permission.
7. Please DO NOT SHARE
(even the free ones!) or give away my designs. They take hours
and days to make so please pass on my information and web site
to anyone that is interested in purchasing their own set.
8. I do keep records of all purchases. If you are found to be
using them without permission, I will have to take legal action

By
purchasing my wrapper designs or using the free wrapper designs
I give away - you are hereby granted a license to use my designs.
Any
artwork that is not my own has been use with permission from the
artist.
